In Which the Dwarves Enroll in the Comatose Princess Exchange Program

Image of a tiaraThough the girl had died, she didn’t rot, so the dwarves kept watch over her body. First she was in a glass covering out front, but they thought that gaudy and moved her to the hall. Grumpy kept stubbing his toe, though, so they moved her to the living room, and then upstairs when Doc couldn’t get anyone to use a coaster (but even Sleepy couldn’t sleep in the same room as the un-waking not-quite-dead), so by the time the Prince arrived they’d already traded her for something more compact: a toad-sized princess propped in a jar on their mantel
